These terms cover your use of thelabelclub.co.uk and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them. Please read them before you buy.
Who we are
The Label Club is a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom, trading as The Label Club.

How our two sites work together
This site, thelabelclub.co.uk, is where you browse and build your basket. Payment is taken on our sister site thelabelclub.shop, which we also own and operate. When you check out you’ll be handed over there with your basket intact. It’s the same business, the same stock and the same team — only the payment page changes.
Products
We describe every product as accurately as we can, using the information supplied to us. Product photographs are taken as accurately as we can manage, but colours can vary slightly between screens and no photograph is a perfect match for the item in your hands.
Sizing follows the brand’s own sizing, which differs between brands. Where we know a style runs small or large, we say so on the product page. If you’re unsure, message us before ordering.
Availability and delivery times
Every product is either in UK stock or order-in, and each product page tells you which. Order-in items are not held here; we order them in for you and they arrive in 10–14 days. This is shown on the product page, in your basket and at checkout.
Stock levels change constantly. Occasionally an item sells out between you ordering and us picking it. If that happens we’ll contact you as soon as we know, and you can wait for it, swap it or take a full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include all taxes applicable in the UK. Delivery is charged separately unless your order qualifies for free delivery — see our Delivery page.
We take payment by card through Stripe, and offer Klarna where available. We never see or store your full card details.
We try hard to keep prices accurate. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price and your order is affected, we’ll contact you before dispatching and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
When a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, not when you place the order or receive an order confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if we can’t source the item, can’t take payment, or believe an order to be fraudulent.
Cancelling and returning
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details, including condition requirements and who pays return postage, are on our Returns & Refunds page.
Discounts and multi-buy offers
Where a multi-buy offer applies, it’s applied automatically in your basket and shown before you pay. Offers apply only within the group of products they’re advertised on, can’t be combined with other offers unless we say so, and can be changed or withdrawn at any time. Withdrawing an offer never affects an order already placed.
Our liability
We’re responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We’re not responsible for loss that isn’t foreseeable, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t legally be limited. Your legal rights as a consumer are unaffected by these terms.
Using this site
The content of this site — text, photography, layout and branding — belongs to us or is used with permission. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse our content commercially without our written permission.
We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access and we may change or withdraw products at any time.
If something goes wrong
Message us. Most problems are sorted in a single conversation. If we can’t resolve it between us, you have the right to take the matter further through the relevant consumer body.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
